CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS
The consumer has the right to cancel an order within 7 working days of receiving the goods. The consumer may incur cost of returning goods. The goods must be unused and in saleable condition.

If we are unable to fulfil an order we will contact you with an alternative or you may request to cancel the order.
RECALIBRATIONS
In the event that a unit cannot be recalibrated due to a fault or damage (eg sensor saturation) we will offer a similar discount off a new breathalyzer unit from our current stock. We are unable to offer a refund for the calibration service.
