We're sure you won't have to, but if you do have a problem with your breathalyser which we can't help you with either over the phone or by email, we may ask you to return it to us.

Please only send returns to address we give you. We cannot accept any returns to our head office address.

We aim to process all returns as quickly as possible and will send out the repaired or new breathalyser as a priority.
